What bugs you? Is there something you use often that doesn't work properly or could work better? What about the ketchup packet? Have you ever thought that it is too messy, too small or too hard to open? Take a look at Heinz's new design for the ketchup packet. The redesign of the ketchup packet is a brilliant idea! It's funny that we all struggle with and complain about ketchup packets but it took over 40 years for the packet to be redesigned!
